Mr. Davis attended the University of Kansas and received a BGS in Political Science and History. Following college he spent 11 years as a sales representative for a construction equipment sales and rental organization. It was through his relationships created in his sales efforts, that he became acquainted with the founders of Midwest Glass. After joining MGG, he very quickly created his own set of relationships with contractors, that has proven to be instrumental in surviving the storms.
Joe Hirleman graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Financial Management and Controllership in the Fall of 2007. Upon graduation he went to work immediately for Greg Hirleman, who is his father, doing financial and accounting work for some of the small businesses he has ownership in. One of the businesses his father had some ownership in was MGG, and he started working for MGG in November of 2009 primarily doing accounting work. He has gradually made the transition to operations and project management which is what he is responsible for in his current role. Joe is also a partner in the ownership of the company.
Mr. Hirleman has a BS in accounting from Kansas State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. After 3 years of public accounting and 2 years with a drywall subcontractor, he spent 12 years split between two real estate development firms as CFO. The next 12 years were spent with PB&J Restaurants, Inc. as CFO, developing upscale casual restaurants. Greg left PB&J in 2008 and started as a partner of MGG.
